Dr. Christodoulos Christodoulou
Dr. Christodoulou was until recently the Governor of the Central Bank of Cyprus (2002-2007). His impressive career includes such appointments as Minister of Interior (1999-2002), Minister of Finance (1994-1999), Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources (1989-1994), and Permanent Secretary at the Cyprus Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance (1985-1989).
Dr. Christodoulou has been actively engaged in national, social and cultural activities and has represented Cyprus at many international seminars and meetings abroad. He has written numerous articles, studies and reports and has lectured on industrial relations, economic and legal issues.
Dr. Christodoulou, a registered lawyer, is a graduate of Political Sciences as well as Law and Economic Sciences from Universities in Greece. He also has a Ph.D. in Labour Law from the University of Wales.
